Shivani Kadu has over 8 years of experience across investment banking, private capital, and climate-focused investing. She is a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in financial analysis, transaction structuring, and capital raising.

Shivani has earlier worked with a family office investing in early-stage climate technology companies across geographies, where she was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and structuring transactions. She has also worked as an investment banker, advising clients on venture capital fundraising, stressed-situation financing, and private equity transactions.

Shivani is deeply interested in supporting innovation in the climate space to accelerate adoption, combat climate change, and advocate for enabling policy frameworks that support sustainable growth. Her work sits at the intersection of finance and climate action with a focus on mobilizing capital towards impactful climate solutions.
